Why 20.10? Unfortunately I have only 19.8 and 21.2.
You can find it here - https://www.filepuma.com/download/avast_free_antivirus-2/versions/ scroll down to the version required.
I have just tested by downloading and it only downloads the on-line stub-installation executable, which would end up installing the current version when run.
I too wonder why this particular version.
A little more searching but I can only find this - https://avast-free-antivirus.freedownloadscenter.com/windows/old-versions/ - there are multiple versions but the closest to 20.10 is an off-line installation for 20.4, 347MB ish.
