Secret Sauce & SSL problems in Chrome

Since windows had done it’s monthly update, last wednesday, I noticed there were SSL problems in Chrome and there was this pop up showing on all websites going by the name of Secret Sauce. I googled it and it appeared to be some malware. Most sources said it could be easily deleted via the control panel, so that’s what I did: I deleted it via the software settings in control panel. That all said and done I thought so I fire up Chrome again and now the SSL troubled pages wouldn’t even load and the still accessible pages are still showing this popup. I went to check in the program files (x86) folder and noticed that Secret Sauce was still there. I tried to move the files to my trashcan but it was blocked because another program was using it. I closed down chrome completely and tried again but the same message came on.

I think Secret Sauce is slowing down my browser and is disturbing my SSL settings. Avast(free) won’t even recognize it, I scanned the folder. Could anyone please tell me what to do?
