Secure Browser keeps clearing cookies and thus logging me out of sites

Hello,
I got an message that Secure Browser cant be updated and that I shoud do that manually. So I did.
But now it keeps deleting cookies and thus logging me out of sites, but still continues asking me to update browser since it cant update itself again

It is like browser stuck in a read-only loop and repeating same tasks again
