Secure DNS block my working email

Hi,
I just purchased the premier service yesterday and have a problem to login my working email this morning. I try to turn off the active protections one by one and learn that the Secure DNS block me to access my working email login page on Chrome Browser. I am not an IT person and will love to know whether there is another solution, other than turn off the protection, that I can deal with the issue. Also, what will be the consequence if I disable the Secure DNS permanently?

then i guess you will use your network providers DNS
