What does that mean “Secure DNS can’t run on this network” ?

It means you haven’t setup your network correctly to use secure dns.
Ok then, how should it be set up to run correctly as I have the same issue. Been a right pain to find out what was stopping my access to the internet! No use adding a feature then not giving any instructions.
