Secure-line is not connecting on 3g/4g

I just updated my iPhone 6 to IOS9 and now Secure-Line is not connecting on mobile data (3g/4g). The program works on WIFI but goes on a loop when I don’t have access to WIFI.

Maybe somebody has already experienced this. Is this a known issue? What can I do to fix it?

It seems like the upgrade made the previous VPN configurations invalid.
Try reinstalling the VPN profile, that should fix the problem.
