Secure Line Not Working At All

For the past week or so, I have been unable to use SEcure Line at all. The only thing I can get is a popup saying that there is a technical issue. So I am essentially losing the money I’ve paid for this subscription when I can’t use it. I tried to submit a ticket and even that wasn’t working. Has anyone else encountered this?

I personally have not had/seen this issue and I have Secureline Installed on 2 OS’s

Are you still experiencing this problem? Is it consistent or intermittent?

Sorry for the late response. It is still not working and hasn’t been for a couple of weeks now, even after rebooting.
