Hello,

I submitted a request for a refund of my secure line but I am appalled that Avast does not provide a customer service number for its paid services. >:(
My Ticket number is: 666409. .
A 10 day wait period to get a resolution for my request is not acceptable and I hope that someone will be able to assist.

The turn around should be around 1-5 working days, why yours has taken much longer I don’t know.

I will report it to try and attract some attention to your issue.
