Secure line VPN connecting error

Help!!! My secureline VPN still error. i don’t know why and i don’t know how to fix.
when i try to connect to, the box will show connect error. “the request time out”.
i try to reinstall, but also not work.
Have any method the fix?
HELP!!!
I’m using in China. connect to HONGKONG.
