I’ll stay out of this “Banana” thread. ;D ;D ;D
This is one of the links on that website:

Think I’ve heard and read all about this a few times. ??? : ???
I'll stay out of this "Banana" thread.same here....
What is a “Banana” thread? ???
It is an in joke, as in one of the moderators warning to mind our Ps and Qs or he would hand out some Ban(ana)s [e.g. bans] in a thread where things get a little heated ;D
Things seemed to get heated when the xpmyths and it author were involved.
Oh, so a lot of people must disagree with the XPMyths page? I think he does a good job of backing up his arguments. I can see where people wouldn’t like his Firefox Myths page, on account of a lot of people use it who use these forums.
Not so much that page but ffmyths you mentioned (I just copied the page in the text you quoted getting very late here 2.55 a.m.), the author kept ramming it down everyone’s throats and wouldn’t accept anyone else’s opinion and didn’t really contribute to helping people about avast related issues.
