Having some issues with Securline at the moment.
This just started about an hour ago, I never had any trouble connecting to Secureline but
now all of a sudden it just says it can’t connect, even though my internet is fine and my subscription is valid.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling it and I have all the available servers, but still it won’t connect.
Any pointers?
Most all VPN services are not reliable 100% of the time.
There are Server issues that can prop up on the Service side which is not uncommon.
Try all of the connection locations offered and give it some time.
If it was working then chances are it will again…

Is this being addressed ??? No connection no security.
It is a shame that so many of these additional products are having what appears to be backend issues.
Especially if you depend on them to keep you safe.
More so having paid for them.
Right now, I’m a happy camper.

I’ve been bringing this to the attention of anyone who is using Secureline for over 2 years.
It has never been reliable enough to be dependable when “Needed”
“Security” is an understatement, at 79.00 a year, even wanting to stay with the service, it simply was bad business to try and use something that wasn’t there when I needed it.
I have replaced it with Hot Spot Elite and in over a year have never had a “connection” issue.

Could I please ask you to send me your SecureLine log file? You can get the log file by going to Program Data, Avast Software, Avast, and Log. The SecureLine log is a .txt file there.

There has been reported ‘technical issues’ possibly with Server problems in Secureline networking.
Stated fix will be implemented soon (a week apparently).
This is just one possibility to your stated issue.
The free trial version worked just fine on my ipad, so I bought a 1 year subscription via itunes.
It has NEVER WORKED AT ALL!!! Have tried everything, and also after many attempts got hold og “customer service”, who is not at all able to do anything about it. A very dirty business, this.
