The great firewall in China is most likely responsible for blocking the connection. Unfortunately, there isn’t much we can do about that. It may be necessary to request a refund then.

There is a license that costs $2.99/month, it won’t prompt you to buy the license, so when you have Avast open, you can go to the privacy tab and click the VPN and it will prompt you to buy the license which will open your web browser to download the license.

After installation of the license, you can go back to the privacy>secureline VPN and click the “Go Private” button, may take a couple times for it to establish a proper connection.
