Secureline keeps disconnecting and when connected I can't access most websites

Hi,

I’ve been using Secureline for a few weeks and have had no problems till yesterday. Secureline keeps disconnecting and reconnecting and now when it is connected I can’t access most websites. I get an error message: DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NO_INTERNET
I am using Windows 8.1 and Chrome browser.
I hope someone can help with this issue.

Hi Masha,

Please send me your log file. You can find it by going to C: Program Data, then open the following folders – Avast Software, Avast, Log. Inside the log folder is the SecureLine.txt file.

Sorry I never saw this reply till now. I managed to get it working by uninstalling Avast and re-installing. However, it worked for some time
and now I can only connect to some servers. I can’t connect to London - and that’s the one I need to connect to. I’ve also tried Frankfurt and New York and I can’t connect to those servers either.

How can i attach my file log?

Hi Masha,

You can open a support ticket and attach the log file there. There are no issues with any of the locations you mentioned so we would need to look a the log file to get a better sense why you are having these issues.

Why do you need to connect to London ?
The other servers work the same, they are just located in other towns/countries.
