Secureline suddenly doesn't connect

Now it seems obvious the TLS error is the problem, however there doesn’t seem to be a network connectivity issues in general. I uploaded this file, can browse here, watch YT videos of cats playing the piano etc. .

It also just stopped suddenly, it worked first yesterday, no programs were installed/removed, windows hasn’t updated, no full moon, etc. .

I also did a repair and reboot of AVAST, didn’t help.

I passed this to our Dev team. They will take a further look at the log to see if there is any more info that is useful in identifying the problem.
