secureline trial--never able to connect...

trying 3-day-trial of secureline. however, it always fails to connect, no matter what location i try to use. anyone have any ideas or experience with this?? just before, it only took a minute to decide it couldn’t connect, but now, it’s been like 20 minutes and it’s STILL trying to connect, but it never establishes a connection… this is on a presario 945us running vista home premium, and i am on a cablevision over-air wifi connection.

same exact problem and have Vista OS. But I purchase a license and everytime I install the number it works for that session but if I shut down and come back it shows as 3 day trial. Help! >:(
