SecureLine VPN doesn't work over wifi, but it does over ethernet or 3G.

I’ve been using SecureLine for a while now, but recently I’ve been unable to connect via wifi. It seems to work fine using with an ethernet cable or 3G. I have the same router as before when it was working and haven’t made any changes to it. I’m using windows 10. Thank you.

Windows 10 Home Version 1607 64 bit.
What happens if you try to use it with WiFi ?
It says it connects but i’m unable to open any webpages. Then it keeps disconnecting and connecting but I’m never able to open a webpage. Sometimes I get a message that states that SecureLine has encountered a technical issue.
What have you already tried to solve it ?
uninstalled the component and re-installed it, reboot. Repaired the whole software from the unistall menu, reboot. Installed the stand alone version, reboot. Filed a ticket with customer service 9 days ago, still no response.

Update

Turned off windows firewall and router’s SPI firewall and nothing still. It’s been 12 days since I contacted customer support and no response yet.
