SecureLine VPN has encountered a technical issue

I am having the same problem, i can’t connect to a location , due to some technical problem… can someone help me pls???

Without following these steps, all you’re doing is posting complaints.
You aren’t solving your problem.

I got the same problem since yesterday.I tired to restart my computer and re-install the AntiVirus Program but it fail.After I re-install AntiVirus Program,I can’t log in my account.It apprear ‘Could not connect your device to your account’.So I submmited a ticket.(#05418411).While waiting the reply,I logged in to my account via website,I can’t find SecureLine VPN license from my account which I already purchased.I looked back the order confirmation email,it doesn’t attach the license file in the email.I really don’t know what to do except submit another ticket(#05419725).Well,hopefully it will solve.

Each new ticket starts the wait all over again. Have a little patience. :slight_smile:
