Secureline VPN has encountered a technical issue

I’ve had this VPN for over a month now, and my AVAST say’s its activated on my PC. yet it still says it has a technical issue. I’m not very technically minded, so any help would be greatly appreciated as i feel i’m paying for nothing at the moment…

Please, do not open more than one support ticket. And the support can take a few days to handle your situation.
