SecureLine VPN will not accept my license. Avast Total Support seems to think it’s a server issue – they have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Is anyone else having this issue, or do you know how to fix?
Hi … three of my licences have disappeared after Windows 10 update. It destroyed my computer and Microsoft level 2 couldn’t fix it and had to reset my system. Now my SecureLine VPN , Clean Up & Passwords features of Avast! have all disappeared and telling me I don’t have the licence or has expired!!? I keep getting Notification that unauthorized access attempts to Avast! are possibly being made before I have to enter my master password to continue. Microsoft Level 2 operator advised me against using Avast! software due to possible conflicts!!
I have requested online help to re-send my licences but it only sends the one main antivirus licence and not the others listed above. I have done the “repair” Avast! function within Programs & Features but has changed nothing… any idea how one actually gets to converse with Avast! support to get this fixed? the auto bots features just aren’t helping!!!
I’m having the same problem and can’t find any support. I guess my only recourse is to cancel auto renewal and find a competitor.
