SecureLine VPN problem

Hi,
Reposting from “General Topics”, my SecureLine VPN app purchased on 15th Nov 2015 for 2 years has struck a problem and will now not load. I get the message “SecureLine VPN has encountered a technical issue”. I need help to get it functioning again, please.

I’m running it in Win 10. I noted in another post that a copy of the log was asked for, and I tried to follow the link to get my log. However, I could only get as far as… “Avast”… because …“log”… was not there to click on.

Can you help.

The log will be there (or at least should be).
Did you enable “show hidden and system files” ?

Have you tried different servers ?

What exact OS/SP ?
What exact version of Secureline ?
Already performed a repair of avast ?
Already performed a clean installation ?
