Secureline won't connect

I am sitting in a hotel trying to connect my secureline. It won’t connect! It keeps trying but no result. It just keeps saying “connecting”!!! :'(…what do I need to do? Could the hotel have a block on secure lines?

Have you tried the ‘different’ vpn Server Locations listed (top right) to see if you get a connection?

Yes I have and it doesn’t work…it just keeps saying “connecting”…what can I do? :cry:

I tried the ‘standalone’ version a while back and couldn’t get it to connect.
I’ve have a Yearly License and Interestingly, I have not had any issues when using Secureline while Avast was installed through the GUI.
There have been users with connection/ dropping connection issues and I really have no idea what would cause that.
Hopefully, someone from Avast or other user with possible resolutions will chime in.
