SecureLineVPN doesnt work!

Hello, my VPN license is valid till 03/17/18 but i cant use it because my avast installation claimed that my VPN license expired. I asked for help in support area, they told me to reinstall my avast but it doesnt help. My ticket #921837 was deleted without solving my issue! What’s happening?

Tickets don’t get deleted unless there is no response to them or if they are transfered to the new system without a response (as far as I know).

yes, there was not reply to them after i sent about 5 messages that they didnt solve my issue

it works now but it still reads that VPN license expired!
