Using Avast Free Antivirus (12.3.2280) on Windows 10. The issue has occurred on earlier versions of Avast also.
That is, even though I have Secureline turned OFF. I sometimes get a message about SecurelineVPN having a technical issue (no specific issue is indicated). And it is a bit messy to make all that go away and get back to the normal Avast user interface. The last time it occurred I uninstalled the Secureline component. Hopefully I will not see this issue again.
I guess I’m surprised that I get issues reported from a component I don’t use and had turned OFF.
There is no Secureline log - maybe it got deleted when I uninstalled the component.
