Ive contact customer support twice over this issue only to have the phone hung up on me after they couldn’t figure out what it was. when I try to connect it just continually tries to connect to the nearest location, never connecting so I just stop the process after a few mins. I am new to windows 8.1 just as of this week and didn’t have this issue with Windows xp. Any advice?
I’m not sure what it could be… I use Secureline on two(2) W8.1 64Bit OS’s and have had no issues.
Make sure you try all the potential servers offered.
Also make sure your firewall isn’t blocking the Secureline service. Check the Adapter.
If all fails and the issue continues I suggest then to Open a “Support Ticket” and then be patient for response as the process takes a few days.
DO NOT Call the 3rd. Party support line or pay for any support offered.
