Hi,

I own a 2015 Macbook Air with Yoesmite on it. I’m under the suspicion my laptop may have been at one point hacked remotely. Whenever I scan it with the latest virus definitions my scanner fails to scan three specific files. I’d like to figure out how to remote this annoyance.

if you tell what files / location or post a screenshot, somone may be able to tell you what they are

Do you have the firewall enabled?
System settings>Security and Privacy>Firewall. I think its OFF by default.

Yes,

I did upgrade to El Capitan, but I think it came through my Facebook account or something. Because their is a remote drive I’d like to figure out how to fix this via terminal code. I also saw a Denial of Service attack on my home network, and well as IDG hacking. I’ve reported the incidents via ic3.gov report.

I originally used the default Comcast application software and it detected ARP cache poisoning. As well as a trojan downloader. But for some reason this client hasn’t detected.
