Security settings preventing MBAM download

Hi,

I have Windows 7. I am trying to download Malwarebytes to begin the process of ridding my computer of the Avast Web Shield “Threat has been detected” notifications. However, I am being told that the security settings don’t allow for this download. Could someone help guide me to the correct settings?

If you cannot download MBAM then maybe Avast warnings are correct
