Hi,
I contracted the Securline service.
Since 2 days I try to connect to a German server.
The system says I’m connected BUT my IP is from The Netherlands or UK.
However, the Avast says I’m connected to a German server !!
What else fails !?!?!?
How can we trist that VPN it it’s unable to assigne a correct IP
Any solutions !?!?!?
The Tech support is so slow … and hasn’t answered yet (h+24)

The vpn server can be located in Germany.
What is telling you that your IP is from the Netherlands or UK?
It can’t be both.
In fact, i use it to watch German TV.
Untill 2 days ago it worked fine.
No the German server tells me I’m not in germany and so I can’t watche german TV.
In YouTube, I i get dutch ads.
I checked to locate my IP and some tell me The Netherlands (some UK)
But … NOT Germany !!! That’s why i subscribed
What upsets me is the lack ok respnse from the tech support … for a product i paid…
With what/how did you check your IP?
No the German server tells me I'm not in germany and so I can't watche german TV.That sounds like the website is telling you that you are not connecting from within Germany.
In what country do you live?

I think you’re on to something, I wonder if it is a situation like Web mail accounts often refuse logins when the IP isn’t what’s expected.
Also, if paid subscriptions require local residency then there would be issues I think. 
The system worked fine until Monday !!!
I i want to connect to a GERMAN server via SECURLINE… it’s my business, the system has to do what it is paid for right ???
And AVAST still doesn’t aswer !!!
Sofar it looks secureline is doing what it has to do.
Now the real question is are you just here to cry or do you want help ?
If you want help, answer the questions.
The problem is simple tu understand :
1/ I select "connect to " Frankfurt - That’s in Germany
2/ I get the confirmation of a successfull conection
3/ I’ NOT connected on a German server and NOT connected with a German IP
Do you understand that or is it too complicated ???
So Secureline DO NOT do what it has to do
Easy to understand no ???
And the tech support don’t answer … do they have sth to hide ???

he wants to watch german tv that is only available in germany and not in other country. Guess no need to ask for more explanation. that’s invading his privacy hehehee…
Essa é uma função do securline, na verdade ele esconde o local verdadeiro do pais do seu IP, isso para que ninguem o localize na internet.
