Has a neat little spinning circle. Wouldn’t waste the money. More than once it has just sat on a spinning circle, supposedly loading? LOL 5 minutes, 20 minutes, 1hr. Load, reload, exit, restart. Load from file, admin and not admin, load from shortcut admin and not admin, etc etc etc…sits on loading. Not worth wasting money. The antivirus rocks but this program, while it does do good things, isn’t worth it due to repeatedly getting stuck on loading. Use CCleaner imo, as it loads every time! Cheers! (BTW still loading, lol)
You do realise that CCleaner (Piriform) is now part of the Avast Software family

We would love to resolve this problem for all of you however in order to be able to do that we need the log files to be able to investigate it further.
If you could provide us with that ones it would be highly appreciated!
Log files are located in this folder: [b]c:\ProgramData\AVAST Software\Tuneup\log[/b]
And you can either upload them to a favourite file server of yours or you can use our public FTP server for the purpose: ftp.avast.com/ftp/incoming/ (login: anonymous).
