Self-installing short-cuts!

Hi Guys!

Need some help again. My PC is infected as shown by some horrible looking short-cuts installing themselves on my desktop. Typically after I have been working for a while (e.g. on Word etc.), when I minimise the window, some shortcuts to pornographic websites appear on the desktop.

I have run scans with avast but it does not resolve the problem. Do I need additional software?

Thanks a lot in advance.

Come back and post scan logs here
