I have to notify Avast of 2 files because Avast blocks them by mistakenly identifying them as viruses.
Can you please tell me how to do it? I can’t even access the Avast whitelist program because they suspended my account and, although they sent me an email in which they said it was possible to recover it, the link contained in that email does not lead to any recovery procedure.
I need urgently, can someone help me?
