I’m just playing with different settings and see there is an option to create a task to send a message to devices. I’ve tried doing a few as a test however the task just gets stuck as ‘Pending’ and no message goes through. Is there something I should be doing different here?

I haven’t used the feature much myself, but when I tested I found it took a few minutes for the message to come through.
Are you testing to the same device or different devices? What Windows version? Do you have a company firewall or just desktop firewalls etc?

I tried this function on two computers with Windows 10, but no messages ever arrived. 
i’ve tried it and it takes (a very long) while to show up. Approx. 30 minutes.
It can indeed take a while before a task is performed.
I’ve seen it happen with delays up to two(!) days.
