I just got the avast update version 17.6.2310

and sensitive data shield is still locked but am on avast premire

Try a repair, if not, wait until tomorrow. It should be unlocked when you receive your next VPS update.

Sensitive Data Scan is right now offered only for US country (and 50% user base), we’re still translating this module to support other countries (Canada/UK/Brazil/France are already prepared).
