Sent email title change to ***SPAM*** in Outlook 2003

I am rinning Internet security, bought, on XP.
Avast is changing the title of sent emails if I click once on them, the title used is one of a recent spam:

SPAMRecent Spam email Title

I do not use the Outlook spam management or other tools.

If I restart Outlook, this behaviour stops for a while.

I re-installed windows and all software over the weekend, all updates are applied.
The same was happening before I re-installed everything.

The only thing I can see is a manual program update to 7.0.1466 yesterday with a computer restart.
The installed version is 7.0.1466.549

Hi and welcome: I believe the latest beta (quite stable) .1469 addresses this issue.

At times, it is difficult to separate what is am Outlook isue (numerous) and what is an Avast issue (very seldom)…

So far so good for this first problem.

I had to enter the SSL settings in Outlook for it to fetch and send emails again. :frowning:
So far, I got no Avast pop-ups asking me to disable is in Outlook.

Previously to the re-install, my servers, protocols, port and crypting were also entered manually in Avast.
Automatically, Avast would not enter all.

I am asking Avast to detect non protected SSL connexions.

One of advantages of Outlook avast! add-in is scanning of SSL connections. In this case you needn’t to enter SSL settings in Mail shield.
