could you please try to log into your account again? There was dry-run of Disaster Recovery Plan of one of Key Global Avast service. According to the monitoring it caused Server errors in few cases. Please contact business support the why you prefer https://www.avast.com/business/support if the issue persists for you.

I am having this same issue with my dashboard. It’s been going on for a few weeks now and even tho i’m giving AVAST support tons of information it seems like they have stopped replying to our support e-mails. As of writing this I haven’t received an e-mail reply in over 6 days. Does anyone know a possible fix for this either on our end or theirs. I have tried to use different devices (Phone, laptop, desktop, tablet). I have used every browser I can think of (Chrome, Brave, Firefox, Opera, Edge, IE 11) and still nothing. I’ll attach a few of the screenshots I was able to get that support wanted so you can also see what is going on. They have asked me to right click on the ! for diagnostic information but nothing comes up just the normal right click menu. The 2nd screenshot is after I login it’ll show that page for maybe half a second then immediately redirects me to the public error page.
