Depuis le 3 février 2009, j’ai perdu ma protection Avast Pro, dont j’ai payé l’abonnement pour 3 ans. Le logiciel a disparu tout bonnement à cause d’un virus portant le nom de “Flec006” qui a effacé complètement Avast Pro. Par la suite j’ai tenté d’avoir le service support de Avast et un individu m’a écrit du nom de “Michal Zrubecky” pour me dire que c’est lui qui doit s’occuper de mon cas. Je lui ai écrit 4 e-mail depuis et personne ne me répond pour pouvoir m’aider à résoudre mon problème. Je peux donc affirmer que les services de Avast ne sont pas si performant que ça.
Est-ce que quelqu’un pourrait m’aider SVP. Un gros merci à celui qui me répondra.

Have you cleaned the system and removed all traces of the virus or performed a reinstallation of the OS? If so, and you still have the e-mail Alwil sent you with the product key, simply reinstall avast professional here. I don't know how to successfully remove this for certain, but a very good antimalware program that often succeeds with trojans is MBAM http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php It is possible you will need to download this and change the name of the downloaded package to install it.
