I carried out a fresh installation of Avast Free on 30th June (uninstall/reinstall) - should I carry out another fresh installation for this or will ‘update’ suffice? (I previously saw a post in which one of your advisors mentioned that he always carried out a fresh installation for each version)
Updating should work fine, if not then try a clean install.
