does Avast still has a decent customer service or not anymore? I just renewed a licence but then the catastrophy started. it looks there is no possibility to contact like normal people would do.

Avast is now part of a much larger origination GenDigital, which has a number of other AVs including AVG and Norton. Much of the personalisation just isn’t there and support is generally done through a Support portal support.avast.com, but help and direction can generally be found within the community forum.
What is the problem you have encountered ?
