Set own mail address as an exception ... How To?

Hi

Can anyone please tell me how I can set a Thunderbird mail address as exception? I do not want it to be scanned as Avast seems to make problems with it.

A quick answer would be highly appreciated.

If you don’t want mail scanning then use the uninstall/change feature of avast and remove the mail scanner.

Just setup the email account correctly in Thunderbird and there will be no problem.
