I received exe-file ‘setup_av_pro’, but it is not installing on computer with message from Setup Sulfextract:‘Error 0 (000000000)Last operation was spawning’.
Avast Home v.4.8 was installed on my computer with WXP 3 years ago .
I tried install 'setup_av_pro’ on another (more old) computer – it was OK.
Why sulfextracting interrupts?

I would suggest a clean install of avast 5.0 pro:
Download the latest version of avast, 5.0.462 and save it to your HDD, somewhere you can find it again (if you didn’t save your last download). Use that when you reinstall.
Download the avast! Uninstall Utility, aswClear5.exe find it here and save it to your HDD (it has uninstall tools for both 4.8 and 5.0).

- Now uninstall (using add remove programs, if you can’t do that start from the next step), reboot.- 2. run the avast! Uninstall Utility from safe mode, first for 4.8 if previously installed and then for 5.0, once complete reboot into normal mode.- 3. install the latest version, reboot.
You will need your existing 4.8 pro license converted so that it can be used with 5.0 pro.
- avast! 5 Pro license convert from 4.8 Pro license. Try http://www.avast.com/resend-license.php now, fill in the form giving your email and 4.8 Pro License key and they will send the new license file to you (presumably it will check you have a legit 4.8 Pro license first).
