Do you want to edit your clean notes?
Left click the ‘a’ blue icon. Click ‘Details’ button (if needed).
At left choose Internet Mail provider and then Customize
On the popup window, click ‘Format of the notes’.

If you have selected to insert note into clean messages, as Tech’s image. Then that note will appear in the ‘recipients’ email but you won’t see it in the Outbox as it is only inserted at the time it is sent.

You could do a test email and send it to yourself, you should see the clean not in the email that you receive.
