After the latest udpate Avast has recognized the following file as a virus: " sevMail32.ocx "
This file belongs to the backup software ZDBackup3.1.3 and is NOT malware!
You can download the software under http://www.z-dbackup.de/download.html .
Please correct this as fast as possible!

I have the file sent nevertheless unfortunately still no answer to my problem.
It is some customers daily backups accomplishes unfortunately very urgently there.

If it is definitely an FP that has been checked out (see below), it could be excluded from scans.

You could also check the offending/suspect file at: Jotti - Multi engine on-line virus scanner if any other scanners here detect them it is less likely to be a false positive. You can’t do this with the file in the chest, you will need to move it out.

If it is indeed a false positive, add it to the exclusions lists (Standard Shield, Customize, Advanced and Program Settings, Exclusions) and check scan it periodically using the ashQuick scan (right click scan), when it is no longer detected then remove it from the exclusions.

I received so far still no answer to this problem.
