Shields are blocking Captcha loading

Hi all.

Sorry to bother the Forum, I was trying to contact Avast directly with an issue…. but it seems direct contact is not an option. :thinking:

I want to report an issue that just started a few weeks ago whereby the WISE (formerly TransferWise) webpage would not login anymore.

Essentially I was getting the blue spinning wheel of death for about 5 minutes before getting the error message….

“Captcha not initialized. Please try again or refresh the page if the problem persists.”

I am using the same PC, the same browser (Brave) and the same everything else that has worked fine for at least 6 years.

WISE were unhelpful…… just giving me the standard “try a different browser” trope.

The solution I found (finally) that worked was simply to turn SHIELDS off for 10 minutes while I used the site.

What did NOT work was putting the WISE webpage/URL in as an exception.

Just letting anyone know that is having similar issues with sites that use CAPTCHA.

If anyone knows a way to make the exception work (maybe I need to add CAPTCHA to the exceptions as well???)…… it would be appreciated.
