Hello, I installed Premium Security on my pc running Windows 11. Unfortunately there is an annoying issue: when activating the ‘most important’ shields (like web, email, …) and restarting the machine, they are just deactivated again. Shields like ‘ransomware shield’ cannot even be activated at all. Of course I just ordered the premium package to have all this :). I am administrator on my pc, there are no other virusscan programs running (I also disabled Microsoft Defender), …
Any idea?
Sounds like something asked recently in the forums. Unfortunately I can’t find it - I googled how to stop windows 11 shutting down programs on entering sleep.
Just run the search again on how to stop windows 11 shutting down programs on entering sleep.
Google Search.
Windows 11 when it goes to Sleep shuts down programs, you need to ensure that it doesn’t shutdown Avast.
I don’t use windows 11, but win10 and in sleep it doesn’t shutdown Avast, making it necessary for it to be restarted.
Solved by reinstalling the application completely (I thought this could be the problem since I got a blue screen the first time while removing other virusscan software).
