That is totally for you to decide for yourself, thats why there are trial versions for Pro and AIS.
Since you are using Comodo w/D+…going to AIS is way different. Comodo’s D+ sometimes creates this weird pop-up dependence, where people who are used to it actually want interaction with their security program more, not less, the polar opposite of the usual mindset.
So if you want AIS, just know in advance…just because its not chirping at you over every little thing, doesn’t mean its not working. 
If you want more control (and more popups), just set your firewall to “Ask” mode.
I like it very much and when the license expires in August, I will renew on at least three computers.
