Should I get SAS and Sandboxie?

I use Avast! 6 free version + Malwarebytes free version.

But since Avast! free doesn`t have sandbox, would getting Sandboxie be a good idea?

And I also heard that SAS doesn`t conflict with Avast! and Malwarebytes and is compatible with both.

Does Avast!6+Malwarebytes+SAS+Sandboxie= sound bad?

Or should I just stick with Avast!6+Malwarebytes?

Sounds overkilling… Well, you can live with a little less like you’ve posted…

I would say Avast + MBAM + Sandboxie.

Sandboxie is good.

When ever i download stuff i always put it to sandbox for observation.

IE, FF, Chrome, PDF reader, DVD drive, F drive which is for USB flash drive is automatically run by sandboxie.

Btw! as of now i remove FF and IE in sandboxie because of browser crashing which i created a thread.

There is an “Autosandbox” feature in free Avast 6.0. What does Sandboxie do that it doesn’t do?

If You Use Avast and Malwareebytes Paid version or Superantispyware Paid version…One or the other You have the best in protection …So in my opinion you don’t need anything else because Avast has spyware protection also…
If it was my choice I would get Malwarebytes Paid version or SAS Paid and get the Full Avast Paid version with their Firewall…

Getting Sandboxie is definitely a good idea, will take quite some time even for the full sandbox in paid Avast versions to get as mature as SBIE. As for MBAM/SAS - I am using both on-demand only (the free versions). They are both excellent but I do not feel the need to pay for the realtime protections, seems a bit of overkill w/ Avast to me.

Detection and running on access. Not only on demand like Sandboxie.
