Avast behavioral shield has found a suspicious file in: C:/System32/Drivers/HTIP.sys

Should I delete this suspicious file or no?

Short answer would be NO, not without full investigation.

You haven’t given the circumstances surrounding the detection, e.g. what you were doing at the time of the alert ?

You could send also it to VT for scanning.
