Should I replace Avast4 with Avast4.5?

I have installed Avast4 Home for my computer (OS= Millenium) in order to be protected against viruses which so far has been proved to be very helpful.
But my question is: since Avast4.5 has been released which is more uptodate I wonder if it is better to replace Avast4 with 4.5.Is this something I ought to do or not? And is there something I should be especially careful about (in case of a positive answer)?

It is important to update to 4.5 because it contains extra protection and features, also it fixes some bugs that where in 4.1, if you have 4.1 on your computer and would like to update to 4.5 simply right click the small avast ball in the taskbar (bottom right hand corner of your screen) and select update program, there is no need to uninstall avast 4.1 to upgrade to 4.5.

RV01, no doubt. Update, update, update…
No reasons to keep the 4.1.
