Should I still give the logs for windows 7

HI I was going to ask a question I have a windows 7 computer and I recently did a quick scan on it and avast says their is no virus but a while back I did a quick scan with avast 7 free and it found a trojan I put it in the virus chest… My question is this if avast 7 free keeps coming up clean with no other trojans should I still scan with the other tools in the guide and put the logs on the virus and worm section. Windows 7 has had no error messages of any kind and is functioning fine. Just would like some information that is all. Windows 7 has avast 7 free and the lasted program version.

Name of file, location and name of the trojan.

Also a screnshot of Virus Chest would be nice.

Without the information requested by iroc9555 already any answer given would be purely speculative.
