How often does the “Show Last Pop Up Message” stay in Avast’s Query for right-clicking? I get my updates just fine (On version 6.0.) However, is there a specific time interval where the pop-up grays out? Also, does this time duration depend on whether the last message was an update notice? a threat? or a blocked threat?

As far as I know it shows the last pop-up message from your current boot, no matter what it is.

It should be available on the right click option until the next pop-up appears or you reboot or restart avast.
You can change the delay that the pop-up is displayed for different pop-ups. Have a rummage through the avast settings and get a better idea of what can be done. See image, I have changed mine.
