Showing results after a scan

I used to have avast set up to show the results of a scan when it finished, regardless of whether it found anything or not. Now I can’t seem to find the option to enable it again after reinstalling. Can anyone provide some pointers as to how I can enable this again? I’m talking about the scan feature in the right-click menu.

avast Settings > Common > check “Show results of Explorer Extension”
